Me being doofy at the rest stop.
All the Montana pictures were taken on video tape.
That's why the picture quality is a little weird.
Montana is ranching country. Here are some Angus? hanging out in front of the old house.
Ther's still an old stove in there. The floors are almost gone in there.
Me trying to take a picture of Jamie. The sun was too bright for him. That was a common complaint of his throughout the vacation. He did very little complaining about any thing else though! Such a good boy!
It was always just too bright for him.
I put that horse shoe on the barn. It looked like it could use all the luck it could get.
At the Crazy Horse monument. It was very anti-climatic.
You drive well out of your way to pay a grossly overinflated price for the priveledge of driving down a long and poorly maintained dirt road to a huge parking lot.
There has been very little progress on this monument in the last 15+ years. Defanantly a must NOT see unless you are very interested in the native American culture. There is a nice visitors center, but that's about it!
It only left me wondering where all the money goes that is brought in from the toll to get on that road.
If you want to go out of your way, go see Devils Tower! A great place to take a walk down some very interesting paths! Fabulous scenery and plenty Prairie Dogs to admire. :0)
